Yarn Procurement
To consistently deliver Par Excellence quality, our yarn procurement strategy focuses on partnerships with industry-leading, high-capacity spinning mills. We meticulously source 100% ring-spun cotton yarn that is strictly contamination-free, ensuring the purity and strength of every fiber. Unlike open-end or inferior yarns, our long-staple ring-spun cotton is naturally soft, highly absorbent, and engineered for quick-drying performance. This superior raw material provides industrial-grade durability, guaranteeing high-performance towels that resist shedding and fraying even after intensive commercial laundering.

Warping & Sizing
At Noorpur Industries, we recognize that precision warping is the foundational requirement for high-efficiency weaving. Our facility utilizes advanced warping and sizing machines designed to maintain uniform yarn tension, ensuring perfectly even winding onto the weaving beam while preserving the fiber’s inherent tensile strength and stretchability. This specialized sizing process results in reinforced yarn that minimizes breakage during the high-speed weaving cycle. By optimizing these early stages, we significantly enhance the final fabric texture, providing the industrial durability and ‘Par Excellence’ finish required for luxury hospitality and healthcare textiles.
Warping & Sizing
At Noorpur Industries, we recognize that precision warping is the foundational requirement for high-efficiency weaving. Our weaving department utilizes 32 versatile looms, including dobby and jacquard looms, both shuttleless and air jet. This allows us to make a wide variety of designs, ranging from plain borders to intricate designs and patterns. Our towels are densely woven with higher Picks Per Inch (PPI) and plush, long terry loops, yielding a super soft and absorbent fabric. The dense weave also enhances durability, allowing the towels to withstand frequent use and washing.

We offer reactive and vat dyeing options, along with organic and anti-microbial treatments. Our controlled dyeing process ensures colour stability, softness, and superior quality in our towels.

Our production facility houses four stitching departments, three for towels and one for bathrobes. These departments are equipped with over 100 stitching machines for towels and bathrobes. Stringent quality checks are performed throughout the production process. After stitching, towels undergo a thorough finishing process to remove any imperfections. The finished towels are then folded, packed, and stored for distribution.
